Ukulungiselela

- irayisi abilisiwe - 1/2 st.

- i-mackerel ekheniwe ngamafutha - 1 pc.;
- imayonnaise.
Ukulungiselela
Imifino namaqanda abilisiwe. Amazambane nezinqotjhe ezihlutswe phezu kwe-grater, amaqanda agaya ngomese. Sinquma i-mackerel ngezicucu ezincane.
